Booking conditions
By using our services at Chimli Retouch & Motion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. If you do not contact us and submit any images, we will assume that you accept them.
1. Mission & Marketing
We offer image editing services according to the published price list. If we encounter any delays, we will inform you of this as soon as we can. Similarly, we expect you to inform us of any changes in assignment directives or schedule. If a photo shoot is canceled, please cancel in our booking system as soon as possible. In case of changes that entail additional work, we may have to charge additional fees. We retain ownership of the edited original files (PSD files). We may use produced material in our own marketing, such as on social media or on our website, as long as nothing else is communicated. We respect your wishes and time frames before publishing and indicate you as the photographer. If the images are used outside of real estate agencies, our byline must be displayed.
2. Delivery
Raw files are sent to us via email or a file transfer service such as Wetransfer. When your material is ready, the final files are delivered via a Dropbox link that can be easily shared with, for example, brokers or other relevant parties, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Invoicing
Payment for the services provided must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the applicable interest law. All our services are subject to VAT and invoicing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws.
All work during a month is compiled on a joint invoice that is sent at the end of the month.
4. Complaints
If you have any comments on our work or if you feel that a correction is needed, please let us know within five working days of receiving the finished material. After this time frame, the assignment is considered approved. Our images are stored in Dropbox for five working days from delivery, unless otherwise agreed. After this period, the images are removed from our system. Raw files are deleted immediately after delivery.
5. Price Adjustments & Inflation
To meet economic developments, we will adjust our prices annually, in line with inflation. This means that the prices of our editing services may increase annually.
