When are the pictures ready?

Our standard delivery time is the next business day. The exact time depends on your time zone.To see when you need to upload your images and when they are estimated to be delivered in your local time , use our delivery guide here:There you can select your country and see both the upload deadline and estimated delivery time.Need your photos faster? We also offer Express Delivery (1.4× regular price) and Weekend Delivery (1.6× regular price) . Please contact us before uploading your photos and we will confirm availability.

Do I have to take photos with flash?

No, we adapt to your photography style. Whether you shoot with natural light, flash, HDR or flambient, we edit according to how you work.

Question 3

I am shooting multiple directional flash exposures (creative effect lighting) - is that included?

Accepted Answer

Creative flash lighting - where multiple targeted exposures are manually meshed to control light direction and shadows - is a different workflow than standard HDR and flambient. We call it High End editing. It's an add-on that's added for images where the material requires manual meshing of multiple flash layers.

Do you only handle Flambient?

Accepted Answer

No. We edit HDR, flambient, natural light and mixed light. We adapt to your style.

What RAW formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept RAW files from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji and other camera brands.

Question 6

How do I send my files?

Accepted Answer

Via Dropbox. You will receive instructions on how the delivery works after booking. You can also send via any cloud service such as WeTransfer, Google Drive or similar.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?

Accepted Answer

A correction round is always included. Contact us in the chat or via email and we will resolve it quickly.

Can I book for multiple items on the same day?

Accepted Answer

A booking is for one item. You can book as many items as you want as long as we have available times.

How long are my files stored with you?

Accepted Answer

RAW files are deleted immediately after delivery. Finished images are saved in Dropbox for 5 business days, download and save your files in time.

Can I have a set style that you always follow?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our clients have an ongoing collaboration where we have learned exactly how they want their images. The more assignments we do together, the smoother it goes.

Question 11

Do manipulated images need to be flagged?

Accepted Answer

It depends on where the images are to be used. In California, since 2026, law AB 723 has been in effect, requiring clear labeling of digitally manipulated real estate images. In Sweden and Norway, there are no specific laws yet, but the Marketing Act covers misleading marketing in general. It is always the client's responsibility to follow the applicable regulations in the country where the images are published.
