Do you photograph with multiple directional flash exposures to control light direction, contrast, and depth? It creates a powerful result, but it also requires a different editing process than standard HDR and flambient. We call it High End Editing.
What is High End Editing?
Standard flambient editing handles one ambient layer, one window exposure, and one or a couple of flash frames for color neutrality. It is an efficient and well-proven workflow.
High End Editing is for those who take it one step further – multiple directional flash exposures from different angles that need to be manually masked in to build light direction, shadows, and depth in the image. Each exposure requires careful manual masking, which takes longer than standard editing.
Please feel free to include a short description of the intention behind each flash position, or label your files with prefixes (e.g. "effect_wall_left", "effect_sun_light", "effect_color") so that it is clear what each exposure is for.
