Our wishes regarding material, structure and routines
An efficient workflow saves time for both you as the real estate photographer and for us as editors – and it also results in better images! With a few simple routines, we can build a collaboration that’s both smooth and effective. Here are our best tips for a streamlined process from camera to final delivery.

1. Shoot smart with fewer exposures
The better the material you send us, the faster and better the results will be. Check out our exposure guide for details on what exposures work best (and when flash is a real game-changer!).
✔️ Better to send 2–3 thoughtful exposures than 5–7 redundant ones
✔️ Use flash where needed – better colors, fewer edit revisions (we highly recommend it!)
✔️ Shoot in a logical order (e.g. base → dark → flash) – it helps with sorting
✔️ Keep lines straight from the start – correct angles = smoother edits and better results. Use the camera’s built-in level
✔️ Clean your sensor regularly to avoid dust spots
Pro tip: Name matching exposures (or “pairs”) that belong together, like A1–A2 or B1–B2, so we can group them.

2. Organize your folders and metadata
The clearer your file structure, the faster and smoother our editing process becomes.
Folder naming: Include address / your name / client name / date
Metadata: Add your name in the Creator field in your RAW files – it helps everyone keep track
Special requests: Name the folder like “PRIO – image style” to signal priority and preferred editing look (note: express delivery is a separate service and charged extra)

3. Fill out our form
When you make your first booking, you’ll automatically receive an email with a link to our client form. There, you can provide:→ Invoice details→ Editing style→ File handling→ Special requests→ … and more! Feel free to submit a new form if anything changes in the future.
4. Deliver in the right format – and on time
To get the best results, please send:
RAW files – allows maximum flexibility in editing
Separate folders – ideally one per property/edit type (e.g., home vs. twilight shots) Timing: Upload images the evening before the deadline so we can plan and assign the work accordingly
Chat with us in Wix – it’s the quickest way to stay in touch and avoid long email threads
Important: Your images stay in Dropbox for at least 5 business days. Be sure to download your final images and save a backup of your originals in time!
